Motion Video Specialist

As a Video Editor at The Hustler Collective, you will play a crucial role in leading the video production process from concept to final delivery with precision and creativity. Your responsibilities will include: - Editing and producing high-quality videos for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and ads. - Creating engaging motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling. - Ensuring visual consistency, color accuracy, and alignment with brand tone and campaign goals. - Managing multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality. - Collaborating with creative and strategy teams to deliver impactful visual content. - Staying updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and evolving digital formats. To excel in this role, you should have: - 4-6 years of professional experience in advanced video editing and post-production. - Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Audition. - A strong grasp of motion graphics, color grading, sound design, and VFX. - An excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, and composition. - The ability to adapt video styles to different platforms and audiences. - A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing diverse, high-quality work. While a Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, your skills and experience in video editing and post-production will be the key factors in determining your success in this full-time on-site position at The Hustler Collective.,
