Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics Designer with hands-on experience in 3D animation using Blender. You’ll play a key role in bringing ideas to life through compelling visuals, motion, and animation across digital media, brand campaigns, explainer videos, and product showcases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create stunning 3D animations and motion graphics using Blender.
• Design and animate intros, transitions, title sequences, and visual effects for marketing, social media, and video content.
• Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize motion graphic styles that align with brand guidelines.
• Develop storyboards, style frames, and moodboards to visualize concepts.
• Integrate audio, voiceovers, and sound design into final edits.
• Stay updated with motion design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance visual storytelling.
• Optimize animations for various platforms (web, mobile, broadcast).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in motion graphics, with a strong portfolio in 3D animation using Blender.
• Proficiency in Blender is a must — modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, and rendering.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in compositing and visual effects (VFX) is a plus.
• Ability to take creative direction and work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
