Motion Graphics Designer

We’re seeking a proactive and creative Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through animation and engaging visuals. The ideal candidate has agency experience, understands platform-specific motion design trends, and can craft compelling graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate eye-catching motion graphics for digital ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.), social media posts, banners, and websites.
• Collaborate with paid media and social teams to produce creatives aligned with campaign goals.
• Research design and animation trends to develop innovative visual concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all motion and static visuals.
• Source and incorporate high-quality assets, illustrations, and stock visuals as needed.
• Apply platform-specific motion design best practices.
• Edit videos with motion elements (text overlays, transitions, resizing, trimming) using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva Pro.
• Work with project managers and developers to create animated graphics for websites or landing pages.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Understanding of social media and digital ad design formats.
• Excellent sense of timing, animation, typography, layout, and color.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong research skills and a creative mindset.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Figma, 3D animation, or other advanced motion graphics tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,352.92 - ₹30,213.65 per month
