As a Creative Design Lead at Drishti Group, your role involves leading the conceptualization and execution of creative design strategies across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality video and motion graphics output, as well as continuous skill development of the design team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptualize, create, and present creative design strategies for various social media platforms. - Collaborate with the content team for new deliverables. - Oversee design team deliveries and ensure the maintenance of quality in motion videos. - Upskill the team's capabilities, knowledge, and usage of design and motion tools. - Regularly upgrade individual skillsets and design knowledge. **Specific Knowledge & Skills:** - Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (3D software knowledge preferred). - Strong storyboarding skills. - Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, SORA, KLING, etc. - Familiarity with brand strategy, advertising campaigns, and online marketing. - Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure. - Strong typography and visual storytelling skills. **Major KRAs (SMART):** - Ensure timely and high-quality content delivery for various products. - Present visual concepts, campaign reels, and videos. - Collaborate with the team to maintain consistency of motion designs across products. - Create thought-provoking and easy-to-understand videos for educational products. - Take ownership of creative quality and output across assigned projects. - Provide digital graphics support across media and communication platforms. - Prioritize and manage multiple design projects within time and quality parameters.
