Motion Graphics Designer

As a Motion Graphics Designer at our company, you will play a vital role in creating visually compelling animated content for various marketing campaigns, social media platforms, advertisements, in-store screens, and digital promotions. Your responsibilities will include: - Conceptualizing, designing, and animating motion graphics to bring campaign ideas to life. - Collaborating with the marketing and branding team to ensure visually appealing animated content. - Designing product highlight videos, explainer content, festive greetings, and promotional videos for showcasing jewellery collections. - Maintaining brand consistency across all visual content and adapting designs for different platforms. - Integrating graphics and animations seamlessly with product photography and video teams. - Staying updated on design, fashion, jewellery, and digital marketing trends to provide fresh and innovative ideas. - Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines. The qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or jewellery industries. - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other animation/design tools. - Experience with 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya will be a plus. - A strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and marketing campaign visuals. - Good understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles. - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail and brand aesthetics. Location for this position: Bhubaneswar, Orissa This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work.
