About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our design and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills and hands-on experience in creating engaging motion graphics, video assets, and visual content for digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and development teams to bring ideas to life through animation and design.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management:

• Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Align engaging content tailored to the nuances of platforms like Meta, YouTube, Twitter, Telegram, Snapchat and others.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and manage daily social media activities including stories and regular updates.
• Monitor emerging social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
• Utilize analytics tools to track performance and generate detailed reports on key metrics.

Influencer Marketing:

• Establish and oversee an influencer marketing program targeted at the automotive and lifestyle sectors.
• Cultivate relationships with key influencers, coordinate collaborations, and evaluate the impact of influencer campaigns.

Content Creation:

• Produce engaging video content for advertisements, promotions, and organic social posts.
• Design static social media posts using tools like Canva, ensuring all content is visually appealing and on-brand.
• Develop captions, written materials, and visual elements for an effective social media presence.
