Motion Graphic Trainer

Location: [Marathahalli, Bangalore] Job Type: Full-time  Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Animation Trainer to mentor and guide students/professionals in developing strong animation skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, building creative capabilities, and ensuring learners are industry-ready with the latest tools, techniques, and trends in animation. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver classroom and/or online training sessions in 2D & 3D animation (tools like Maya, Blender, After Effects, unreal engine, unity, Toon Boom, etc.). • Develop course content, training materials, assignments, and projects aligned with industry standards. • Guide students in creating high-quality animation projects, reels, and portfolios. • Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure skill development. • Stay updated with current animation trends, software updates, and industry practices. • Organize workshops, seminars, and practical activities to enhance creative learning. • Collaborate with academic/placement teams to prepare students for interviews and industry roles. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field. • Proven experience as an Animator/Animation Trainer. • Proficiency in animation tools/software: Autodesk Maya, Blender, Adobe Animate, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop (others are a plus). • Strong understanding of animation principles, storyboarding, character design, rigging, VFX basics, and video editing. • Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills. • Creativity, patience, and the ability to motivate learners. Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have): • Industry experience in film, gaming, advertising, or multimedia production. • Knowledge of AR/VR, motion graphics, or advanced VFX. • Experience in curriculum design and e-learning platforms.
