Motion Graphic Designer

Overview:

As a Motion Graphic Developer at VITyarthi, you will be integral to our creative team, developing engaging and visually compelling graphics and animations to enhance our educational content. Your work will directly contribute to the learning experience of our users, making complex concepts accessible and engaging through innovative visual storytelling.

Role & responsibilities

• Design and Animation: Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for e-learning modules, promotional videos, and other educational content. Utilise tools such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Concept Development: Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to conceptualise ideas that effectively translate educational objectives into compelling visual narratives.
• Storyboarding: Develop detailed storyboards that outline scripts and visual directions to ensure alignment with educational goals and brand guidelines.
• Audio Integration: Sync animations with voiceovers, sound effects, and music to enhance the viewer's learning experience.
• Quality Control: Review and revise animations and graphics based on feedback from peers and supervisors to ensure all content meets the quality and educational standards of the company.
• Asset Management: Maintain and organise a library of animation assets for efficient use in various projects.
• Innovation and Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in motion graphics to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our educational content.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including graphic designers, video editors, and technical staff, to integrate motion graphics into broader projects.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in motion graphic design in a studio, agency, or freelance setting.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Excellent understanding of animation, timing, and storytelling techniques.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
