Motion Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling motion graphics and animations that support digital marketing campaigns, social media content, advertisements, websites, and branded videos. You should have a strong design sense, storytelling ability, and a passion for digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns
• Create animated content for social media, websites, paid ads, presentations, and video productions
• Collaborate with marketing strategists, designers, and video editors to develop creative concepts
• Translate brand guidelines and marketing objectives into engaging visual motion content
• Edit and enhance video content using animation, typography, transitions, and visual effects
• Optimize motion graphics for different platforms and formats (social media, web, mobile)
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
• Stay up to date with motion design trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Experience creating content for digital marketing and social media platforms
• Ability to take creative direction and provide innovative ideas
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Qualification

• Basic knowledge of video production and sound design
• Familiarity with marketing metrics and performance-driven creative
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced creative environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
