Role Overview

As a Motion Graphics Designer, youll collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to craft high-quality animations, videos, and digital content. From brand videos and explainer clips to social content and corporate assets, youll transform ideas into visually engaging narratives that align with Sundews vision and our clients needs.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for video, digital campaigns, and multimedia projects.

Create storyboards, style frames, and visual treatments that translate briefs into compelling designs.

Collaborate with visual designers, copywriters, and marketers to ensure cohesive storytelling.

Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, typography, and transitions.

Ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Stay updated on design and animation trends to keep our work innovative and relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (bonus: Cinema4D, Blender, Figma).

Strong grasp of motion design principles: timing, pacing, easing, transitions, and visual rhythm.

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

Ability to handle feedback, work within brand systems, and adapt designs to multiple platforms.

Strong portfolio showcasing motion design work across different formats.

13 years of professional experience (agency or studio background preferred, but fresh creative talent with a strong reel is welcome).
