Key responsibilities:

Create, animate, and deliver high-quality motion graphics for social media campaigns, ensuring that content is visually engaging and on-brand.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to conceptualize motion concepts that enhance the storytelling and overall campaign objectives.
Stay updated on motion design trends, tools, and social media best practices to keep the agency s work fresh and contemporary.
Adapt and iterate on designs quickly based on feedback, while maintaining consistency and quality across all outputs.
Work across a variety of formats, from short-form social content to GIFs, videos, and interactive animations.

Skills:

Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
2-3 years of industry 3D design and compositing experience.
Competency with particle and/or shader effects. Houdini is a plus
Portfolio demonstrating quality of craft and breadth of experience in 3D and product oriented design
Comfortable transitioning fluidly between or combining 2D and 3D design tasks.
Presentation design skills, particularly in Google slides
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and with shifting priorities
Experience contributing to design projects from ideation to creation through implementation
Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to continue learning
Calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
Collaboration, organization, and self-motivation skills

Qualifications and Prior Experience:

2-3 years in professional motion design Good communication skills (preferably in English)
Ability to represent the company in client conversations
Ability to receive feedback and ask the right questions to the client to get more clarity on next steps
Desire to continue to grow skillset with ongoing education and training
