Job Description:

We are seeking a Motion Graphic Designer who can create engaging, premium-quality video content that captures attention in seconds. This role requires expertise in short-form and long form content, animation, and storytelling with the ability to align visuals to Dubai’s standards. The ideal candidate will not only execute creative briefs but also bring fresh ideas, leverage AI tools, and ensure every piece of content makes an impact.

Responsibilities

· Create short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos) that captures attention with strong hook.

· Edit studio-shot content and repurpose raw footage shot by videographer into polished videos.

· Add motion graphics like animated graphics, text, logo reveals, infographics, transitions, and lower-thirds.

· Storyboard concepts and visualize motion sequences before production.

· Collaborate with the strategist and design team to plan storyboards, campaign videos, and ad creatives.

· Work closely with the videographer, contributing creative direction and ideas to improve shoots.

· Optimize content for different platforms with correct formats, ratios, and compression.

· Use AI tools to enhance workflows (AI-generated visuals, avatars, and automation tools).

· Experiment with trending formats, hooks, and storytelling styles to boost engagement.

· Ensure every video is consistent with brand identity and campaign objectives.

· Maintain an organized workflow for revisions, updates, and timely delivery. Incorporate changes recommended by the managers or clients into the final design.

Collaborate with stakeholders, thus ensuring content are consistent across all online communications

Required Skills & Tools

Core Skills

· Proven expertise in motion graphics and video editing with a strong portfolio.

· Minimum 3 years of professional experience in producing high-quality motion content.

· Strong storytelling ability through visuals.

· Strong understanding of design principles: composition, typography, colour, and hierarchy.

· Ability to storyboard concepts and translate ideas into motion sequences.

· Familiarity with sound design, SFX, and basic audio editing.

· Strong eye for detail and ability to deliver smooth, professional animations (use of graph editor, easing, timing etc).

· Adobe After Effects (animation, compositing, motion graphics).

· Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing, sequencing, transitions).

· Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (asset creation, graphic support).

· Adobe Audition (basic sound editing and mixing).

3D & Advanced Tools (Bonus)

· Cinema 4D

· Blender

· Element 3D (After Effects plugin)

AI & Next-Gen Tools (Bonus)

· Mid Journey / Adobe Firefly

· Nano Banana and Veo 3

Other Tools & Plugins (Bonus)

· Red Giant Suite

· Motion VFX plugins.

· Adobe Media Encoder / Handbrake (video compression and export).
