Position Overview

Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Motion Design & Video Content

• Design and animate motion graphics for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Ads)
• Create explainer videos, product demos, and logo animations
• Develop attention-grabbing visuals optimized for vertical and mobile formats
• Contribute to the post-production process: editing, color grading, sound design, and transitions
• Design visual assets that support storytelling for various industries (real estate, legal, wellness, food service)
• Work on motion elements for websites, landing pages, and ads that boost engagement

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team and Managing Director to conceptualize visual storytelling ideas
• Collaborate on campaign ideation and creative direction
• Implement feedback from internal team and clients while maintaining design quality
• Ensure brand consistency across animated and static deliverables

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion design tools
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Understanding of frame rates, codecs, resolutions, and export settings for social media platforms
• Bonus: Experience with AI-assisted editing and animation tools (e.g., Runway ML, Adobe Firefly)

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Animation, Motion Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience creating video content and motion graphics
• A strong showreel/portfolio demonstrating motion design and editing capabilities
• Excellent storytelling and editing sense
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international clients or agencies
• Understanding of performance marketing and content strategy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with transitions, kinetic typography, and visual effects
• Knowledge of social media trends and viral video formats
