Motion Graphic Designer

InstaServ is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and motion design. The ideal candidate thrives in an agency or fast-paced digital marketing environment, has hands-on experience creating animated content for digital campaigns, and understands platform-specific video trends across social media and paid ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce motion graphics, animated videos, GIFs, and interactive visuals for digital ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), social media, websites, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with paid media, social, and marketing teams to create animated content aligned with campaign goals.
• Research design trends, competitor campaigns, and platform-specific video styles to develop fresh and engaging motion concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all motion graphics and video content.
• Edit and enhance video content including text overlays, transitions, resizing, and trimming using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva Pro.
• Work closely with designers, project managers, and developers to produce motion content for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
• Optimize motion graphics for different platforms, formats, and ad placements to maximize engagement and performance.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics or video animation, preferably in a digital marketing agency or content studio.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic knowledge of tools like Canva Pro or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of video formats, social media specifications, and digital ad creatives.
• Excellent sense of timing, motion, typography, color, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with strong research and conceptualization skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of 3D animation, Figma, Blender, or advanced animation techniques is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,348.89 - ₹30,204.51 per month
