Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Collateral Development

• Design and develop product brochures, flyers, and communication materials aligned with brand guidelines.

• KPI: Timely delivery and design quality of marketing assets.

2. Multimedia Content Creation

• Conceptualize and produce product videos, launch teasers, and talk tracks for sales and marketing campaigns.

• KPI: Number and quality of video deliverables supporting campaigns.

3. Clinical & Educational Content Support

• Create animation videos and visual aids that simplify clinical or technical concepts.

• KPI: Engagement and clarity of clinical communication materials.

4. Event Collateral Design

• Design certificates, invites, and event communication for internal and customer facing events.

• KPI: Timely execution and design consistency across all event materials.

5. Campaign & Communication Support

• Support internal and external communication through creative flyers, posters, and digital media content.

• KPI: Visual consistency and engagement in campaign communication.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong creative and visual design sense.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and CorelDRAW.

• Experience in brochure creation, video editing, animation, and motion graphics.

• Ability to interpret product or technical content into impactful visuals. • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams.

• Strong knowledge & management social media skills (LinkedIn, Instagram, FB, You Tube etc) Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree or diploma in either Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing communication or creative design (preferably in healthcare, medtech, or product-based industries).
