About the Role

Were seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through movement, storytelling, and design. Youll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and animating visually striking videos and motion content for branding, digital campaigns, social media, and performance marketing.

At GTF Technologies, you’ll work on some of India’s top real estate and lifestyle brands — creating impactful visual stories that connect emotionally and elevate brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and create motion graphics, explainer videos, social media reels, and animated campaign assets.

Design video storyboards, transitions, kinetic typography, and brand intro/outro animations.

Collaborate with creative, copy, and strategy teams to translate campaign ideas into visually dynamic video content.

Animate static designs (brochures, ads, brand assets) into engaging short-form digital videos.

Integrate sound design, voiceovers, and music for impactful storytelling.

Edit video content for social media, campaigns, and brand films using professional editing software.

Ensure all videos and animations align with the brand tone, visual identity, and marketing objectives.

Stay ahead of design trends and new animation tools to bring innovation to every project.

Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience in motion design, animation, or video content creation (agency or brand-side).

Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video editing expertise.

Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus).

Solid understanding of composition, timing, visual rhythm, typography, and color theory.

Creative storytelling ability with attention to transitions, pacing, and emotional impact.

Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Real estate or brand communication experience will be an added advantage
