The role: Design and develop 2D and 3D Motion Graphics for diverse media outputs and platforms (Digital and Social channels). Produce business wide content such as: social videos, advertising campaigns, large scale event visuals, animated videos, print ads and digital posters, amongst others. Ability to share new design perspectives and creative solutions that are aligned with evolving industry standards. Keeping track of new trends, technologies and software/tools in the visual communication design industry. Creative concepting and presenting ideas to the team. Being a part of the creative team to ensure that design work consistently answers the brief in terms of look and feel, accuracy, functionality and brand identity. Understanding brand design and adhering to guidelines. Measuring key performance indicators for video deliverables. Creating Mood board for shoot requirements Static & Video. Edit raw video footages where necessary and add special effects to enhance the graphics. Supporting colleagues to ensure that work is well executed and delivered on time. The people we'd love to meet: Those who have at least 2-4 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer in a fast moving editorial or creative environment. Those with in-depth knowledge of motion design, video editing, typography, color, space, sound mixes, iconography, patterns, layouts, visual hierarchy and imagery. Someone who has knowledge and experience of the Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Illustrator and Photoshop with special effects. Someone who has the ability to talk through their design decisions. Someone who is a self-learner, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast- evolving environment. Knowledge and Experience with Tools: Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Audition, and Photoshop with special effects. Sound design and music synchronization Strong Communication with the ability to talk through design decisions. A self-learner, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
