Motion Graphic Designer

You will be joining our creative team as a Creative Designer specializing in Motion & Graphics. Your primary responsibility will involve designing visual content, animations, and motion graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand storytelling. Your main duties will include creating visually compelling designs for social media, websites, branding, and marketing materials. This will involve designing brochures, banners, posters, presentations, and developing branding elements such as logos, typography, and color schemes. In the realm of Motion Graphics & Animation, you will be tasked with creating engaging 2D motion graphics, explainer videos, and animated ads. Additionally, you will design and animate title sequences, lower-thirds, transitions, and infographics, while also working on video editing and post-production to enhance visual appeal. Collaboration and Project Management will be key aspects of your role, as you will work closely with marketing, content, and video production teams to bring concepts to life. Brainstorming and executing creative ideas aligned with brand identity, ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards will also be part of your responsibilities. Staying updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and industry tools will be crucial. You will be expected to experiment with new styles and creative approaches to enhance content engagement. For this role, proficiency in Design & Animation Software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition) is required. Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software would be a plus. Strong design & animation skills, including an excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and the ability to create smooth and dynamic motion graphics are essential. Experience in storyboarding and visual storytelling is also desirable. Creativity and problem-solving skills will be highly valued, with an emphasis on your ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals and animations. A keen attention to detail and a passion for creative design are essential traits. Being a team player with effective communication skills, the ability to take feedback, collaborate efficiently with teams, and meet deadlines will be key to your success in this role. Preferred qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Arts, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.,
