Your designs will play a key role in showcasing how BrightCHAMPS empowers young minds, making learning exciting and accessible. About the Role We are looking for a Motion & Graphic Designer to create engaging animations and videos for our marketing efforts including social media, website assets, paid ads, learning content etc.

Key Responsibilities

Create explainer videos, GIFs etc.

Create dynamic social media and ad creatives (video-based and static)

Work with copywriters to enhance storytelling with motion

Design brochures, banners, certificates, letterheads, website assets etc.

Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital media platforms

Work with the Head of Branding to work on guidelines

Work with marketing teams to optimize designs for engagement and conversions

Required Skills and Qualifications

A degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts or a related field (preferred, but not required)

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro etc.)

Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animations and graphics

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles

Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all designs are accurate, polished, and high quality Good to have: Experience with Canva

Bonus: Knowledge of Figma & 3D animation

Strong communication and collaboration skills and an eye for aesthetics

Understanding of branding guidelines

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects

Ability to create visually compelling and engaging motion graphics

Ability to develop unique and on-brand design styles

Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to new trends
