Motion Graphics Designer Location: Mumbai (Hybrid or In-Office) Experience: 2–4 years Employment Type: Full-Time Departments: Social Media & PR Creative Team About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Motion Graphics Designer to join our growing creative team. You’ll be creating eye-catching video content, brand animations, and dynamic assets that bring stories to life for both social media and public relations campaigns. This role blends storytelling, visual design, and digital marketing to support a diverse range of client brands. Key Responsibilities: Create short-form video content , reels, and animated assets for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Design explainer videos, brand logo animations, intros/outros , and motion infographics Translate client briefs and campaign ideas into compelling visual motion content Collaborate closely with content writers, graphic designers, PR strategists, and account managers Maintain brand consistency while pushing the creative envelope for diverse industries Edit and repurpose existing static designs into animated content Stay updated with trends in motion graphics, transitions, and platform-specific formats Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch video concepts to clients, when required Skills & Experience Required: 2–4 years of experience in a motion graphics or video content role Strong command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop Experience working with social media-first content and fast-paced timelines A solid portfolio showcasing animated reels, explainers, and branded content Basic understanding of sound design and editing audio for motion graphics Bonus if you’ve worked with FMCG, lifestyle, hospitality, or influencer-led brands What You’ll Bring: Creative flair with attention to timing, transitions, and storytelling Ability to work independently and in sync with multiple teams Strong sense of design aesthetics, typography, and brand alignment Eagerness to experiment with new formats and keep up with trends in visual storytelling If you're someone who loves combining storytelling with motion and wants to work on projects that go live across India’s top digital and PR campaigns — we’d love to meet you!
