Mother Teacher

Openings for: Mother Teacher Grade 1 and 2 at Lalji Mehrotra Lions School, Ognaj

As a Mother Teacher, you will be the primary guide and mentor for students in your class. You will handle all subjects, foster holistic development, and maintain a close bond with students and parents to ensure each child’s academic and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

· Teach all core subjects (English, Math, EVS, Hindi etc.) to primary-grade students.

· Create a joyful, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

· Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the school curriculum.

· Assess students’ progress and maintain detailed records.

· Foster emotional and social growth through positive reinforcement.

· Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with fellow teachers.

· Organize class activities, assemblies, and events to encourage creativity and teamwork

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree - BA, MA, BSc or MSc with B.Ed. also, ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) or Montessori Training certification preferred.
• Prior experience in teaching primary or pre-primary classes with ICSE or CBSE Schools is essential.
