Mother Teacher

As a Teacher in our organization, you will be responsible for creating a warm, loving, and supportive classroom atmosphere that ensures children feel safe and at home. Your role will involve developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities aligned with the curriculum. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and assess the academic, social, and emotional growth of each child to support their overall well-being. - Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. - Manage classroom resources, maintain a safe and orderly environment, and promote positive behavior. - Utilize creative and interactive teaching methods like storytelling, games, and activities to make learning engaging. - Support participation in co-curricular activities, school events, and competitions. - Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to contribute to school-wide initiatives and ensure a strong educational foundation for students. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in teaching or working with children is preferred. - A degree in Education or related field is advantageous. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
