Role Responsibilities Design and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners. Facilitate a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for young children. Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback. Develop individualized learning strategies to support children’s growth. Create a safe and welcoming space that promotes emotional and social development. Engage with parents and guardians to share children’s progress and involve them in their education. Incorporate play-based and experiential learning methodologies into daily activities. Facilitate group activities that encourage teamwork and social skills. Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance curriculum and share best practices. Utilize technology and educational resources effectively in teaching. Organize and participate in school events and community programs. Maintain accurate records of students’ performance and attendance. Stay updated on current educational trends and methodologies. Promote healthy habits and encourage physical activity among students. Assist in the development of age-appropriate educational materials and resources. Qualifications Degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field. Proven experience as a teacher in an early childhood or primary education setting. Strong understanding of child development principles. Certification in Montessori or similar educational framework is preferred. Excellent classroom management skills. Ability to work effectively with young children and their families. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning. Experience in developing insightful educational resources. Skilled in digital teaching tools and multimedia resources. Ability to be patient and approachable when working with children. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to participate in continuous professional development. Capacity to adapt teaching methods based on individual student needs. Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in challenging environments.
