Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Motor Insurance Sales position. The Motor Insurance Sales representative will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer insurance needs, providing appropriate insurance solutions, and closing sales. Daily tasks include customer interaction, managing inquiries, and assisting clients with insurance claims and renewals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Insurance Sales and general Insurance knowledge
Strong Customer Service skills
Experience in Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Previous experience in motor insurance sales is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or relevant field is preferred
