We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd, with 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in micro mortgages and be able to build relationships with clients. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer relationships through effective sales strategies. Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activity and industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client queries and concerns. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance overall satisfaction. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in micro mortgages. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including micro mortgages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze customer data and provide insights. Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
