Job Title: Senior Executive Finance Experience: 3 to 6 Years Job Location: Hyderabad Responsibilities: Preparing monthly revenue working files including billing working, revenue accrual, unbilled/unearned workings for various revenue segments in product and service revenue Accounting of monthly unbilled/unearned revenue entries basis the workings prepared. Assisting in preparation of monthly MIS files which consists of below: Cash forecast preparation for the inflows of the local business Revenue forecast preparation for local business basis existing contracts and Pipeline projects Preparation of KPI files for the local business Preparation of Accounting receivable ageing, Unbilled ageing reports, Top AR outstanding, Top unbilled outstanding Regular updation of trackers maintained such as SOW tracker, Orderbook, etc Tracking and following up for pending SOW, AR and UBR Follow up with customers on regular basis for the outstanding receivables Assisting in review of the invoices raised to ensure consistency with the contracts in place. Assisting with project managers with any finance related queries in the local business. Assisting auditors for the required information during audit for local revenue. Assisting tax team for the TDS forecast, WHT forecast, etc Assisting in the preparation of periodical budgeting activities regarding the revenue forecasting. Qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), If not qualified, we need atleast 2 +year experience. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards. Knowledge on SAP is preferred and proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PPT. Knowledge on PowerBI is a good addition to the role Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High degree of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
