Job Summary:

Alans Academy is looking for a caring and creative Montessori Teacher to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing early learners using child-centered Montessori methods, supporting their foundational growth in a safe, engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct Montessori-based activities for preschool children
• Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere
• Encourage independent learning, creativity, and social skills
• Monitor student development and provide individual attention
• Maintain classroom materials and assist with session recordings (if required)

Qualifications:

• Montessori Certification or Diploma (recognized training)
• Prior experience teaching children aged 2–6 preferred
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
• Patient, friendly, and passionate about early childhood education
• Willingness to work in a structured, studio/classroom environment

Salary:

* Contract-based payment (Based on experience and hours)
(Standard hourly pay discussed during interview)

Pay: ₹8,357.11 - ₹15,100.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
