Monitoring Tools SME

Role Overview: As a Tools Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, and DevOps tools, you will be responsible for designing, setting up, and configuring Observability Platforms. Your role will involve implementing Correlation Anomaly Detection, Visualization, Dashboards, AI Ops, and integrating various DevOps tools to optimize the toolchain. You will collaborate with DevOps architects, development teams, and operations teams to understand tool requirements and recommend new technologies that enhance DevOps capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate, recommend, and implement new tools and technologies to optimize the DevOps toolchain - Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of various DevOps tools including CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack), and testing frameworks - Establish standards and best practices for managing the DevOps toolset - Ensure availability, performance, and stability of the DevOps toolchain through regular maintenance tasks - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to development and operations teams - Monitor the health and performance of the toolset, implementing proactive measures to prevent issues - Design and implement integrations between different tools in the DevOps pipeline for seamless workflows - Develop automation scripts and utilities to streamline tool provisioning and management - Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing and security tools into the CI/CD pipeline Qualification Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience in SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, or DevOps toolset - Proven experience with key DevOps tools including CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps), IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) - Good knowledge of Linux environment, YAML, Python, event correlation, and observability - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Additional Details: The company places great importance on candidates" professional qualifications as well as personality traits, including high analytical skills, initiative, flexibility, customer orientation, quality awareness, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
