Job Description

Role Overview: As a Monitoring Solutions Specialist at Capgemini, you will play a key role in implementing and managing monitoring solutions using Splunk or Dynatrace to meet project requirements. You will configure dashboards, alerts, and anomaly detection to support proactive monitoring and incident resolution. Additionally, you will integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow for ticketing, change management, and workflow automation. Your responsibilities will also include performing root cause analysis and contributing to operational stability at L2 level while collaborating with ITSM and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless observability across environments. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Splunk or Dynatrace - Configure dashboards, alerts, and anomaly detection - Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow for ticketing, change management, and workflow automation - Perform root cause analysis and contribute to operational stability at L2 level - Collaborate with ITSM and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless observability across environments Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in IT operations or monitoring, with hands-on expertise in either Splunk or Dynatrace - Strong proficiency in dashboard creation, alert configuration, and log/query analysis - Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows and ITSM practices - ITIL Foundation certification preferred Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
