Monitoring and APM Specialist

You have an exciting opportunity to join Litmus Information System LLP as an Application Performance Management (APM) Specialist in Mumbai (Andheri). As a Monitoring and APM Specialist at Litmus HO, your role will involve overseeing application performance management, optimizing system performance, resolving middleware issues, and leading a team to effectively address performance bottlenecks. In this role, your responsibilities will include managing and optimizing ManageEngine APM tools for continuous monitoring, proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and critical issues, analyzing middleware-related issues, collaborating with developers and system admins, mentoring a team of monitoring specialists, conducting root cause analysis for performance issues, recommending best practices for performance optimization, developing detailed performance reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring applications adhere to performance benchmarks. To excel in this position, you should have proficiency in ManageEngine tools like APM and OpManager, a strong understanding of middleware technologies such as WebLogic and JBoss, hands-on experience with monitoring frameworks and automation tools, at least 5 years of experience in application performance monitoring, proven experience in leading technical teams, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities to guide a team towards achieving goals. Certifications in ManageEngine, ITIL, or relevant middleware platforms would be preferred.
