We are hiring an IT Asset Management Executive with hands-on experience using ManageEngine tools for tracking and managing IT assets. The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to retirement, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the IT asset inventory using ManageEngine tools. Track asset allocation, movement, usage, and returns. Perform regular audits of hardware and software assets. Manage software license compliance and renewals. Tag and document all IT assets (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.). Generate asset-related reports for management and audits. Coordinate with procurement and IT teams for asset onboarding and disposal. Ensure data integrity and reconciliation of physical vs. recorded assets. Use ManageEngine Asset Explorer/Endpoint Central for tracking and reporting. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in IT asset management using ManageEngine tools. Familiarity with IT inventory tracking, asset lifecycle, and procurement coordination. Proficiency in using asset tracking modules and report generation. Detail-oriented with good documentation and Excel skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.
