Job Description

You should have proven experience as a MongoDB Database Administrator or in a similar role. Your responsibilities will include working with MongoDB replication, sharding, and clustering, as well as database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning. Additionally, you will be involved in performance tuning, query optimization, and database design. To excel in this role, you need a strong understanding of MongoDB architecture and best practices. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash for automation is required. Familiarity with database monitoring tools and techniques, along with knowledge of security best practices and data protection regulations, is essential. Your problem-solving and troubleshooting skills will be put to the test, so make sure they are strong. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also a must-have. Having a MongoDB Certified DBA Associate or Professional certification would be a plus. Relevant certifications in database management or cloud services are desirable for this position. Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud-based MongoDB solutions like MongoDB Atlas, as well as familiarity with other NoSQL databases and technologies.,
