Job Title: Molding Production Incharge

Department: Production / Manufacturing
Reports To: Plant Head
Location: Haridwar

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily molding operations to meet production targets.
• Optimize machine utilization, manpower, and cycle times.
• Monitor and maintain accurate production records.
• Monitor and adjust molding parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
• Implement process improvements to reduce scrap and rework.
• Collaborate with engineers on new mold trials and process validations.
• Supervise and manage molding operators, technicians, and helpers.
• Provide training on equipment handling, processes, and safety.
• Drive team performance and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for regular upkeep of molding machines and molds.
• Ensure molds are cleaned, stored, and maintained properly.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with the quality department for inspections and defect analysis.
• Implement and uphold 5S, ISO, and other quality management systems.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure PPE usage.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the shop floor.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Polymer Engineering (preferred).
• Experience:
• 5–10 years in molding production (plastic injection).
• Hands-on experience in machine operations, process optimization, and troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
