We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team and help build the backend and RESTful APIs for our upcoming mobile and web applications . The ideal candidate should be proficient in Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB , and have hands-on experience designing scalable backend systems. Experience with Firebase (push notifications, auto-refresh, real-time sync) is preferred. We welcome freshers with proven project experience as well as experienced developers. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications Work with MongoDB / NoSQL databases for scalable backend development Integrate authentication, role-based access, and data security best practices Implement real-time updates and push notifications (Firebase or MongoDB change streams) Collaborate with frontend and mobile developers to integrate APIs smoothly Optimize backend performance, debugging, and troubleshooting issues Document backend services and deployment processes Must-Have Skills Proficiency in Node.js & Express.js Experience with MongoDB (NoSQL database) Understanding of RESTful API design principles Knowledge of authentication & session management (JWT, OAuth, etc.) Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows Project experience (college, freelance, or professional) demonstrating backend/API development Good-to-Have Skills Experience with Firebase for push notifications & auto-refresh Exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar) Understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or server deployment Knowledge of performance optimization and database indexing Who Should Apply Fresh graduates or early-career developers with hands-on project experience Developers who can show code samples, GitHub repos, or project demos Passionate learners who want to grow with a fast-paced development team
