Business Development & Lead Generation Identify and pursue new business opportunities in UAE, KSA, and India across defense, oil & gas, education, and enterprise sectors. Research and target potential clients through networking, cold outreach, and partnerships. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for VR/AR products, simulation systems, and training platforms. 2. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (government departments, corporate clients, training institutes). Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos (VR/AR solutions, Sky XR, simulators). Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction. 3. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and growth objectives. Collaborate with management to define pricing, proposals, and negotiation strategies. Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns and generate qualified leads. 4. Proposal & Tender Management Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and RFP responses for public and private sector opportunities. Work with technical and design teams to create customized solutions for client needs. Track and follow up on tender results and maintain bid documentation. 5. Reporting & Performance Tracking Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM data. Report on pipeline status, client feedback, and market insights. Monitor sales performance metrics and continuously improve conversion rates. 6. Market Intelligence Stay updated on VR/AR trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Identify opportunities for new partnerships or verticals. Provide feedback to product teams to shape future offerings. 7. Team Collaboration Coordinate with marketing, design, and technical teams for demos, pilots, and project delivery. Support the leadership team in strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
