Module Lead - Engine mounting

As a Module Lead for PTI components for UV&Q5 project at Tata Motors, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Designing and developing Mounting system (Engine/Transmission) and Suspension Bushes for PVBU projects at TML - Conducting 6-DOF analysis to propose mounting system meeting Cost, Weight & PAT targets - Knowledge about bush shape, rates, durability, and application - Benchmarking and selecting the type of mount/bush suitable for PAT performance - Preparing RFI/RFQ & SOR - Proficiency in Pro-e and well-aware of PLM system, BOM structure, DMU environment - Understanding dynamic envelop for powertrain system and NVH related to mounting system and bushes - Designing for manufacturability & serviceability - Monitoring development progress with validation agencies and coordinating with suppliers - Technology adoption initiatives including hydromount, hydrobush active mount technology Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor of Engineering degree - Experience in design & development of Mounting system and Suspension Bushes - Proficiency in Pro-e and knowledge of dynamic envelop for powertrain system - Familiarity with NVH related to mounting system and bushes - Design for manufacturability & serviceability - Knowledge of rubber/elastomer behavior is an added advantage If you are ready to take on this challenging role and contribute to the success of Tata Motors, apply now and showcase your leadership competencies in Developing Self and Others, Leading Change, Driving Execution, Leading by Example, Motivating Self and Others, and Customer Centricity.,
