Role Summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the execution of modular installation projects on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This role requires close coordination with the design, production, logistics, and client teams to ensure smooth project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Coordination & Supervision
• Supervise and monitor modular installation activities at site.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with carpenters, fitters, and other site workers for smooth workflow.
• Quality & Safety Compliance
• Conduct quality checks during and after installation.
• Ensure all safety guidelines and site protocols are followed.
• Client Interaction
• Act as the on-site point of contact for the client.
• Provide updates on work progress and address any concerns promptly.
• Material & Resource Management
• Verify delivery of materials as per BOQ and ensure proper handling.
• Monitor usage to minimize wastage and report shortages.
• Project Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain site reports, work logs, and photographic updates.
• Report daily progress and issues to the Project Manager.
• Timely Completion
• Plan and monitor work schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Proactively resolve site challenges to avoid delays.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Designing, or related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in modular kitchen/wardrobe/interior site execution.
• Technical Skills:
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of modular installation techniques and materials.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Other: Willingness to travel to multiple sites as per project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
