You will be working as a Modular Kitchen Designer cum Sales professional at Nail and Hammer, a leading interior design firm specializing in innovative residential and commercial spaces. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, designing functional kitchen spaces, contributing to sales efforts, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and high design standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with clients to understand their modular kitchen requirements and preferences. - Develop creative and space-efficient modular kitchen designs using 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.). - Present design concepts to clients, incorporate feedback, and provide expert advice on design choices. - Actively participate in the sales process by identifying potential clients, showcasing the value of designs, and cultivating strong client relationships. - Select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures to enhance aesthetics and functionality of kitchen spaces. - Ensure designs comply with safety and building code regulations while collaborating closely with the project management team for timely execution. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. - Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Modular Kitchen Designer and Sales professional. - Proficiency in 3D modeling software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools. - Strong knowledge of interior design principles, especially in modular kitchen spaces. - Familiarity with various cabinetry, countertop materials, and storage solutions. - Creative mindset focused on delivering innovative and user-friendly kitchen designs. - Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain design quality. - A strong portfolio showcasing previous modular kitchen design projects will be advantageous.
