Role Description The role is diverse, you will be operating as a part of product management, presales, and training team. Key Leadership competencies for this role include innovative and strategic mindset, the ability to collaborate and leverage most appropriate resources . Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: · Helping Global 5000 companies adopt and optimize requirements management systems as part of their DevOps/ALM practice. · Attention to detail · Excellent time management, public speaking, problem-solving and both verbal and written communication skills are a must · Ability to multitask since some tasks will require to communicate with multiple customers at one time · Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups in a timely manner · Consult with B2B clients to understand their requirements, do the Discovery Sessions/Workshops and planning calls · Delivering presentations, demonstrations and Product Training to prospective and current clients · Liaising with developing products/services to gain an in-depth knowledge to better relate that to customers Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc Support, train and mentor new employees Skills and qualities required Leadership and communication skills Presentation skills The ability to research and keep on top of industry developments Influential nature and resourcefulness Aptitude for time management and organization Problem-solving ability. Keep to you AI tools. Minimum 2 to 3 year’s experience in a client facing role Ability to prioritize and making decisions under pressure Candidates should have experience with presales &/or training in a B2B environment, along with MS office tools Working knowledge of MS Azure and/or Azure DevOps (formerly TFS) would be an added asset. Qualifications Customer Engagement and Customer Satisfaction skills Analytical Skills and ability to understand client needs Strong Communication and Account Management skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in software lifecycle management or a related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
