Role Overview: You will be responsible for representing the real estate brand of HS Realcon Construction Company through Instagram Reels and offline client interactions. Your role will involve facing the camera confidently for short video shoots, utilizing your knowledge of sales and client dealing, presenting projects effectively, handling client calls professionally, and communicating fluently in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (or regional language depending on location). Key Responsibilities: - Comfortably facing the camera for short video shoots (Insta Reels) - Applying basic knowledge of sales and client dealing, preferably in real estate or a related field - Demonstrating strong presentation skills for offline meetings and project presentations - Handling client calls professionally and ensuring effective follow-up - Fluent communication in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (or regional language depending on location) Qualifications Required: - Comfort and confidence in facing the camera for video shoots - Basic knowledge of sales and client dealing, preferably in real estate or related field - Strong presentation skills for offline meetings and project presentations - Professional handling of client calls and effective follow-up - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (or regional language depending on location) Location: You will be based at Sco 4, 1st floor, Eco city, New Chandigarh - 140901.
