Modelling & Data Science Director

As an AI/ML Engineering Manager at Merkle in Bengaluru, your role is to develop best-in-class strategies and manage all Insights and Analysis activities for assigned clients. You will lead a team of 5-10 AI engineers, ML engineers, and data scientists, providing mentorship, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous learning.
