Modeling Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining the Risk Modelling team based in Bangalore, working with the Fund Finance team within the Banking vertical of CIB. Your main responsibility will be to understand and assist in the implementation of risk modelling processes using SAS/Python models. This role will provide you with the opportunity to gain insights into fund finance business processes, identify areas of risk, and develop regulatory risk solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in creating, executing, and maintaining complex models and validating them independently - Assist in establishing an effective risk assessment process for a lending business that provides structured credit solutions to large private equity and private debt funds - Develop risk models and strategies using SAS, SQL, and Python for regulatory compliance and portfolio risk management - Bring in industry best practices and consultative inputs to enhance risk analytics - Work on excel-based user stories, visualize data, and develop Excel Macros using VBA and Excel Formula skills Qualifications Required: - Experience in creating and maintaining complex models - Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Python for developing risk models - Knowledge of Excel Macros with VBA and Excel Formula skills - Prior experience in risk modelling and fund finance will be an advantage.,
