(Freshers with strong communication skills and a vibrant personality may also apply) Qualification: Bachelor’s in Media, Performing Arts, Communication, or related field. Fluent in English. We connect iconic brands with powerful talent, and we’re looking for a Talent & Sales Specialist (Model Booker) who can lead client relationships and talent management with confidence and energy. Key Responsibilities: Manage and promote a portfolio of talent (models, celebrities, influencers). Pitch talent for campaigns, endorsements, and branded content. Build relationships with brands, casting agencies, and production houses. Convert leads, close deals, and ensure smooth project execution. Handle coordination, communication, shoot logistics, and deliverables. Track deals, follow-ups, and payments using internal CRM tools. You’re a Great Fit If You: Understand influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and casting. Are confident, persuasive, and strong at client communication. Can juggle multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced, people-driven role.
