Key Responsibilities: Manage and promote a portfolio of talent (models, celebrities, influencers). Pitch talent for campaigns, endorsements, and branded content. Build relationships with brands, casting agencies, and production houses. Convert leads, close deals, and ensure smooth project execution. Handle coordination, communication, shoot logistics, and deliverables. Track deals, follow-ups, and payments using internal CRM tools.
