MOCKTAIL MAKER

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Mocktail Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of non-alcoholic beverages including mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty drinks, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a range of mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages as per the menu and customer preferences.
• Innovate and suggest new mocktail recipes based on seasonal ingredients and trends.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar station and equipment.
• Monitor inventory of beverage ingredients and request stock when needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and suggest drinks based on guest preferences.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team.
• Ensure garnishes and ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Maintain records of wastage and stock usage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
