Mobilization Officer

Position: Mobilization Officer

Location: 2 Openings - Dum Dum & Barasat

Role:

• Organizing mobilization drives while supporting the Community Resource Persons (CRP) in their outreach work in the respective clusters.
• Facilitate on boarding of the mobilized youth & adult in the technology platform who fulfils the eligibility criteria and ensure that the documentary validation is in place.
• Support programme participants to navigate through the technology platform and finish the end to end process so that they are directed towards the next step.
• Engagement with youth to identify their aspirations, skill set and competence and facilitate the end-to-end journey.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Assess household, youth, and adult needs to set program goals
• Provide career counselling and guidance based on assessment results
• Lead early engagement and ensure participants receive full program benefits
• Motivate and maintain positive participation
• Support registration, placement, and job retention
• Identify and address dropout risks early
• Build strong, trusting relationships with participants
• Coordinate with community and regional teams for effective mobilization
• Collect and report program data
• Serve as a positive role model for participants

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
