Mobility Architect (IOS, Android and Flutter)

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Mobility Architect with deep expertise in Flutter to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of cutting-edge mobile solutions. This strategic role requires a blend of technical leadership , client engagement , and pre-sales support . You will be instrumental in guiding mobile transformation journeys for global clients, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing mobile ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Architect end-to-end mobile solutions leveraging Flutter for enterprise-grade applications. Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable architecture. Lead technical consulting and pre-sales activities , including solution proposals, estimations, and architectural blueprints. Define best practices and standards for mobile development and architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend, DevOps, UX, and QA to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Provide technical mentorship to mobile engineering teams and foster innovation. Conduct architecture reviews , code assessments, and performance audits for continuous improvement. Stay abreast of latest trends in mobile technologies, particularly Flutter, and integrate relevant innovations. Requirements: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 12+ years of experience in mobile application development , with strong proficiency in Flutter (4+ years). Proven experience in designing and architecting large-scale mobile solutions in a customer-facing role. Strong knowledge of native iOS/Android platforms , along with hybrid frameworks. Proficiency in architectural styles like MVVM, BLoC, Clean Architecture , etc. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs , GraphQL , mobile security , and CI/CD pipelines . Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for mobile backend integration. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have: Experience in performance optimization, mobile analytics, and accessibility standards. Exposure to React Native , Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM) , or other hybrid frameworks. Involvement in open-source Flutter projects or contributions to the Flutter community.
