We are the fastest growing FOUNDATION FROM EASTREN INDIA. We have two group organisations:

A. Pramith Foundation (https://pramith.org/) – a pan India NGO working with large Indian corporates and works in aspirational skills and livelihoods for young adults in Technical and Service skills, and education enrichment for school students.

B. Guardian Education Services Pvt. Ltd. (https://guardianedu.in/) is eleven years old and a social impact organisation. Established by a team of IIT/IIM and Jadavpur University alumni and Educationists, we deliver deep impact social impact projects.

We execute CSR projects from Tata Group, ITC, Sandvik, Mahindra CIE, Hero Group, Godrej group, ONGC, Coal India, Persistent Group, Credit Access Grameen, Centum Foundation etc. across eleven states e.g. Chennai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Goa, Aurangabad, Guntur, Dhanbad, Kolkata etc. Our Education initiative is under the incubation of IIT Kharagpur.

We received multiple awards from Goldman Sachs, Niti AAYOG. ASSOCHAM awarded us as the ‘ASSOCHAM Award of ‘The Best Skill Development Organization focusing on Women Empowerment & Entrepreneurship”.

Our principal impact areas –

a) Skill training and livelihood of youth and specifically women in aspirational Manufacturing job roles. E.g. CNC/VMC Operator, Healthcare (Nursing and Medical Technicians), BFSI etc.

b) CSR projects by eminent corporate across India.

c) Education enrichment programs, Green Education to school students.

d) Quality online/Live Tuitions (HYBRID MODE) for vernacular Bengali medium students.

We are looking for our Panskura Skill Training Centre a full-time / consultant associate for Trainee Mobilisation and placement linkages for trained candidates, mostly Women Candidates for Skill Training Centre executing CSR Projects.

Position: MOBILISER / PLACEMENT EXECUTIVE – SKILL TRAINING CENTRE, PANSKURA

Location: Panskura Station Road, East Midnapore- 721152

Job nature: Full time / Part time, Work from Office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a full-time / consultant associate for Trainee Mobilisation and placement linkages for trained candidates, mostly Women Candidates for Skill Training Centre executing CSR Projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

a) Mobilise young eligible candidates, mostly Women, for Skill Training programs, funded by different corporate groups.

b) Make campaigns and connect up with Panchayat, local communities, school drop outs and college students etc.

c) Connect up with local job opportunity and OJT requirements.

d) Get placement letters and organise placements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

a) Graduate, Post Graduates, BBA and BCA candidates.

b) 2 to 3 years in Mobilisation and sourcing.

CTC: Salary is competitive. Performance based incentive applicable.Up to ₹225,000.00 per year.
