Mobile & Web Application Tester (iOS, Android & Web)

Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our iOS, Android, and Web applications. You will be responsible for manual and/or automated testing of mobile and web platforms to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance problems before deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Test responsive web applications across various browsers and devices.
• Create, update, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, UI/UX, regression, integration, and smoke testing.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and team lead to identify issues and define testing strategies.
• Log bugs using tools like Clickup and track them through resolution.
• Provide feedback on performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups (Agile environment).
• Ensure proper documentation of test results and testing processes.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in testing mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Solid understanding of web application testing principles.
• Familiarity with mobile device testing tools (e.g., BrowserStack, LamdaTest).
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, test case design, and bug tracking.
• Experience with tools like Clickup or similar test management platforms.
• Basic knowledge of APIs and testing using tools like Postman.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with automation testing (e.g., Appium, Selenium, Cypress).
• Knowledge of CI/CD and mobile build pipelines.
• Familiarity with analytics/log analysis tools (e.g., Firebase, Crashlytics).
• ISTQB or other QA certifications.
  

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
