Job Description

Sr. Technical Support Analyst/Mobile SDK Support Engineer (iOS/Android)

Duration: Contract 12 months

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in mobile development or developer support, ideally with direct exposure to mobile SDK integration and troubleshooting.
Strong technical background in iOS (Swift, Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin, Java) development.
Hands-on experience with crash analysis, log debugging, and performance profiling tools (e.g., Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler, Crashlytics, Logcat).
Ability to analyze ambiguous or complex technical issues, formulate hypotheses, and drive issues to resolution.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git/GitHub) and the ability to read and interpret code changes or commits.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a learning mindset, especially in fast-paced and evolving environments.
Experience supporting mobile SDKs or developer tools in a SaaS, tech, or fast-scaling startup environment.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, mobile release automation, or SDK instrumentation.
Passion for building developer enablement programs tools, documentation, or training that improve developer onboarding and satisfaction.
Experience managing enterprise client relationships, particularly with large-scale or Fortune 500 mobile app teams.
Interest in exploring AI-assisted debugging, automated testing, or developer support automation to enhance team efficiency.
